ServicesAs Meeker Memorial grows, our vision builds on our longstanding reputation to provide outstanding personalized care, we call this “Care as it should be.” Even more, we envision the patients’ experience as a journey. We will seek to provide longevity, innovation, value and engagement in everything we do to improve and maximize each guest experience or during your visit as a patient. With each interaction, we see a partnership with you our patient or guest to find ways to keep you healthy and care for your medical needs in a way that is designed to fit your life.

Patient Experience

“Patient experience is the totality of the health care experience, it’s everything, every interaction, every touch, and every sense that surrounds the patient and family.  The patient experience is personal, and unique to each individual.  At Meeker Memorial, the patient experience can also be described as a relationship, built to promote health, wellness and harmony.”  Jennifer Abfalter, RN, CNS

At MMH we believe a positive patient experience is an important goal, and for good reason.  An increasing body of evidence points to improved health, improved hospital safety, and less costly care, when patients report a positive experience with the health care system.

Grateful Patient Program

Many of our patients and their families wish to express gratitude for the care they received at MMH.  A gift to the MMH Foundation is a meaningful way to thank your doctor, nurse or other staff, while honoring the work they do. At the same time, your generosity will enhance the experience of future patients—by helping us purchase new technologies, modernize our facility and introduce exciting medical advances while providing Care as it should be.

*If you have a concern about services received at MMH, please contact our Chief Quality Officer at 320-693-4500 ext. 2002.

It is more important to know what sort of person has a disease than to know what sort of disease a person has. – Hippocrates
