Emily Kubesh, PT
Scope of Practice:
Physical Therapists help people of all ages improve how they move. They address pain, range of motion, strength, joint mobility, posture, balance and movement impairments that are affecting an individual’s ability to function normally in home life, work life and recreational/athletics.
Emily treats a wide variety of conditions by providing exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to relieve pain and restore function to patients of all ages.
Specialties/Areas of Interest
Emily’s areas of interest include orthopedic injuries, such as join or muscle pain and post-surgical rehabilitation. She also enjoys working with patients with neurologic disorders, such as stroke and impaired balance.
“I believe that every patient is unique and requires individualized treatment that is meaningful to them. I believe that building trust and respect with patients leads to improved outcomes and success for the patient. By recognizing the patient’s goals and needs, I work hard to find the appropriate exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, or education that is required to help them meet these goals and return to their normal function.”
